Little did we know what would happen in Japan the next day. In the face of what seems like impossible realities - feeling loving anchors us and holds the reality of creative possibilities and hope.Being conscious at this time is a challenge to us all - working in small groups, cooperatively, collaborating for a better world is how we can move forward. We explored how the loving feeling works and is something we each are empowered to do at any time with practice. I've posted here a conversation with Bruce Lipton who seems to summarize a lot of what I spoke. Please listen and join in here by sharing your insights, questions and challenges.
